By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

The precise scope, availability and terms of any service will be determined by the relevant proposal, service agreement, statement of work or other contract entered into between TNSL and the applicable client.

Information on the Website is provided for general informational and business communication purposes. It does not, by itself, constitute a binding commercial offer or commitment to provide any particular service.

3. Permitted use of the website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes, including to:

  1. Learn about TNSL and its services.
  2. Submit business enquiries or request further information.
  3. Explore employment opportunities and submit your professional profile where the relevant facility is available.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or malicious purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems, databases or associated infrastructure.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful material.
  • Interfere with the Website's operation, security or availability.
  • Scrape, harvest, extract or collect information from the Website through automated means without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit Website content without appropriate authorisation.
  • Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.
  • Use the Website to transmit unsolicited communications, spam or unlawful content.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our users, our business or our legal rights, subject to applicable law.

4. Information on services

We endeavour to keep the Website's content accurate and current. However, service descriptions, capabilities, industry information, articles, statistics and other material may change over time.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Website content is provided on an informational basis and should not be treated as a representation or guarantee of a particular business result, service outcome or commercial arrangement.

Any service engagement will be subject to agreed scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities and other terms documented in the relevant contract.

5. Recruitment and employment disclaimer

TNSL may publish or communicate information about employment opportunities, recruitment assignments or candidate requirements.

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

  • Publication or communication of a vacancy does not guarantee that the position will remain available.
  • Submission of a CV or application does not guarantee shortlisting, an interview, selection, placement or employment.
  • Final hiring decisions rest with the relevant employer or hiring organisation.
  • Any employment offer, compensation, benefits, joining date or other employment condition is subject to confirmation by the prospective employer and the applicable employment documentation.
  • Candidate assessments, job descriptions and other recruitment information are indicative and may be revised by the relevant hiring organisation.

Candidates must provide truthful, accurate and appropriately authorised information. Misrepresentation, falsification of qualifications or submission of unauthorised third-party information may result in an application being discontinued, subject to applicable law.

TNSL does not guarantee that every candidate will be matched with a suitable role or that every client requirement will be fulfilled.

6. Client enquiries and commercial engagements

Submitting a business enquiry, requesting a proposal or communicating a workforce requirement through the Website does not automatically establish a client relationship or create a binding contract.

A commercial engagement will commence only in accordance with the applicable written agreement, purchase order, accepted proposal or other mutually agreed contractual arrangement.

Fees, payment terms, replacement obligations, service levels, deployment timelines, statutory responsibilities and other commercial terms will be governed by the relevant engagement documentation.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a separately executed agreement, the executed agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency concerning that engagement.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its contents, including text, graphics, layouts, designs, logos, branding, photographs, illustrations, articles and other materials, are owned by TNSL or used under licence or other lawful authorisation.

The TNSL name, logo, branding and associated materials may not be used, copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

You may access and view Website content for personal, informational or legitimate business evaluation purposes. This limited permission does not transfer ownership or grant any broader intellectual property rights.

You must not remove copyright notices, proprietary notices or other ownership information from Website materials.

All third-party trademarks, names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not, by itself, imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or any relationship beyond what TNSL has expressly represented.

8. User-submitted information

Where the Website allows you to submit information, documents, CVs, enquiries or other material, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have the necessary rights and authority to submit it.
  • Its submission does not violate applicable law, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights or another person's privacy.
  • It does not contain malicious code or unlawful material.

You retain any rights you hold in information or material you submit, subject to any separate agreement or applicable law.

By submitting information, you authorise TNSL to receive, review, store and use it for the purposes reasonably connected with your submission, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law and any relevant consent or other lawful basis.

Submission of information does not transfer ownership of your content to TNSL.

9. Privacy and personal information

Your use of the Website is also governed by the TNSL Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, shared, retained and protected.

By submitting personal information, you acknowledge that it will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where consent or other authorisation is legally required, the relevant requirement must be satisfied separately.

You should not submit confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information through an unsecured or inappropriate channel.

The Website may contain links to external websites, social media platforms, recruitment portals, technology providers or other third-party resources.

These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TNSL does not control or endorse the content, availability, security or policies of third-party websites.

Accessing third-party websites is at your discretion and subject to their respective terms and policies. TNSL is not responsible for third-party content or services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Website availability and security

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website, including its content or functionality, at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, legal or business reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access to the Website. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, network failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for using appropriate security measures on your device and maintaining the confidentiality of any information you submit.

Nothing in these Terms excludes an obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
  • All information will be complete, current or suitable for every purpose.
  • The Website or its servers will always be free from harmful components.
  • Any enquiry, recruitment activity or service description will result in a particular commercial or employment outcome.

You should independently verify information before relying on it for material business, employment or legal decisions.

This section does not exclude any warranty, representation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TNSL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Website, including loss of opportunity, data, business or anticipated profits.

To the extent permitted by law, TNSL will not be responsible for losses arising from reliance on general Website information, third-party websites, temporary Website unavailability or unauthorised actions outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any liability arising under a separately executed client agreement will be determined in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify TNSL for losses caused by TNSL's own breach of law, negligence or misconduct to the extent such indemnification would be unlawful.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, Website functionality, business operations or applicable law.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions to the extent recognised under applicable law.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain any necessary consent.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of statutory authorities, courts and tribunals, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

Nothing in this section restricts any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

17. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

A failure or delay by TNSL in enforcing any provision will not constitute a waiver of its rights under that provision.
