Bhilai Steel Plant, built with Soviet collaboration and commissioned in 1959, is the main supplier of rails to Indian Railways and makes some of the longest single-piece rails in the world. The twin city of Durg and the Bhilai industrial estates host fabrication, castings, refractories and engineering ancillaries.
Much of the work around the plant is maintenance, material handling and ancillary manufacturing done by contract workforces. Employers need contractors with strong safety discipline and complete records.

Yes. We supply fitters, welders, electricians, riggers and helpers with safety induction and medical fitness records, and handle wages and compliance so your contract stays audit-ready.
Under contract labour law, the principal employer must ensure contract workers are paid on time and that PF, ESI and other dues are deposited; if the contractor fails, the liability can fall on you. TNSL removes that risk by paying on time, depositing every due, and keeping licences, registers and challans audit-ready for your inspection.
