Pune’s modern industry took shape in Pimpri-Chinchwad, where Tata Motors (then TELCO) and Bajaj Auto built large plants in the 1960s and drew thousands of suppliers to Bhosari and the surrounding MIDC areas. Electric buses, two-wheelers and new engineering companies are now adding to that base.
Pune’s plants compete for trained ITI technicians and operators, and its workforce expects fair pay and good conditions. Employers need contractors who can supply skilled people quickly and keep them.

Yes. We recruit from ITIs and from experienced workers in the Pune belt, test for the trades you need, such as fitter, electrician, welder and machinist, and keep a replacement pipeline for attrition.
Under contract labour law, the principal employer must ensure contract workers are paid on time and that PF, ESI and other dues are deposited; if the contractor fails, the liability can fall on you. TNSL removes that risk by paying on time, depositing every due, and keeping licences, registers and challans audit-ready for your inspection.
