Faridabad was established in 1949 as a new township for families displaced by Partition, and it quickly became one of Haryana’s main industrial centres. Its engineering base, from tractors and earthmoving equipment to auto components, electricals and fasteners, has trained generations of skilled workers.
That depth of skill is the city’s advantage, and it is why TNSL sourced experienced workmen in Faridabad for KEI’s greenfield cable plant in Gujarat. For local employers, the priority is holding on to skilled people in a competitive market while keeping every statutory due in order.

Yes. Faridabad’s experienced engineering workforce is one of the pools we recruit from for outstation projects. For KEI’s new cable plant near Ahmedabad, TNSL sourced workmen in person in Faridabad, Bhiwadi, Alwar, Vadodara and Surat.
Under contract labour law, the principal employer must ensure contract workers are paid on time and that PF, ESI and other dues are deposited; if the contractor fails, the liability can fall on you. TNSL removes that risk by paying on time, depositing every due, and keeping licences, registers and challans audit-ready for your inspection.
Tell us the roles, numbers and start date. The right TNSL team will get back to you within two working days.
