The Industrial Model Township at Manesar was developed by HSIIDC from the late 1990s. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India started production here in 2001, and Maruti Suzuki’s Manesar plant followed in 2007, drawing a dense network of tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers into the township and the villages around it.
Today Manesar runs on shifts, takt times and supplier schedules. Plants need trained operators who can start quickly, replacements when attrition hits, and contractors whose PF, ESI and wage records stand up to OEM audits. That is the work TNSL is set up for.

Under contract labour law, the principal employer must ensure contract workers are paid on time and that PF, ESI and other dues are deposited; if the contractor fails, the liability can fall on you. TNSL removes that risk by paying on time, depositing every due, and keeping licences, registers and challans audit-ready for your inspection.
